Compass BB/GG - c'''. Two manuals 2x8' 1x4'. Lid painting after French 17th-century design. Gilt parchment rose with floral surround. Gold-leafed arabesques at base of dark green case, stretcher frame with helical carved legs. Walnut interior and music desk. Comes with a lightweight padded cover and is tuned at A415 (non transposing). Ebony naturals and boxwood sharps. Traditional wooden jacks. Professionally restored in March 2012, recently revoiced and regulated. This instrument has been chosen by well known players for performance and recordings.
